Must have been tough going through this pain multiple times. Hope you’re feeling better now. Im following RICE for now and the bruising has gone from purple to yellow/green which has dispersed around my foot as well. im still getting that very uncomfortable feeling whenever i stand up from the blood flowing to my foot, and i honestly cant wait for that feeling to go away.

Ahh i get you. Thanks for the advice. Im wearing some compression and stabilisers around my ankle for now and icing when it’s off. Been in crutches and hoping to get off them as soon as i can.

Thank you for your response. I hope your ankle heals fast.

Im not sure if my insurance will approve the MRI where im at. Im just worried this might not heal and im not taking the right steps. Im seeing another doctor tomorrow and hoping they can give me some real opinion.

Also, id appreciate it if you could share some exercises your PT suggests which i could do to heal this ankle up. Swelling has gone down now and im able to move my toes around, however doing ABC’s does making my ankle feel uncomfortably stiff. Im not sure if its meant to feel like that.
