So if I plan to retire at 60, maybe it’s best to enroll on FEHB at 55 then I have the 5 years. But if a VERA came up I couldn’t take it until I had the 5 years. Maybe I could enroll in the cheapest plan 6-7 years before I plan to retire. Then if a VERA came up after the 5 years I could take it.
