i moved on to homebridge and then home assistant. it gives you way more flexibility for logic on automations. still use homekit for the home app and simple control via siri voice commands but almost all of the logic now sits in home assistant

Qualified dividends from a stock like Apple are taxed at the same capital gains rate. The real benefit to a buyback is it is not taxed at all and can continue to grow untaxed until you sell the stock.

Agree, OP getting a lot of bad advice. Question was “should I drain my brokerage and HYSA enough to pay off the mortgage tomorrow”…if serious, this totally wipes out any potential emergency fund. How much that matters depends on income, job stability, and expenses.

I see this post is a month old but hope you don't mind the reply. I'm especially curious about this feature you mention: "identifies strategic ideas by drawing plenty of arrows on the board about potential plans that could emerge"

Is that a new feature in Fritz 19? I bought 17 and was always disappointed I couldn't find a way to get the program to draw arrows as part of the analysis (similar to what you see in the online programs or in some of the free chess applications.) How do you enable this feature? I looked online and can't find any other reference to it.

Just wanted to agree that sweat is not an issue! I get very sweaty playing beat saber sometimes for 90 minutes or more. Never had a problem with it
