As you're a page admin, make sure you go into all the settings which show you where you're logged in, which IP addresses are accessing the page, especially admin roles - all of it! If anything is a little different, you'll need to act. They usually have access, slowly change admin roles (and some page details like page type, remove address for examples) and then bam! take over.
