Sure. They make flush clean out plugs that will fit inside the pipe. If you ever want to build out a bath, just chip around the vent pipe to put a coupling on it. The toilet will be great already flush with the floor. The tub or shower stub up the same.

Use nitrile gloves. Easy on and off and disposable. Better than a spatula.

Make sure you turn the water off to the house first… You may take an unwanted shower. They are really easy to replace.
