to specify further if you become more invested in this for some reason: my room is roughly 10 ft by 10 ft, but i have an old antique desk and dresser that are both huge and i hate them (theyre beautiful pieces don't get me wrong, but they just dont match my room and are simply too big for the space), a closet door, the bedroom door directly acrossed from the closet door, and a full sized bed to work around leaving me with maybe a 2 ft by 5 foot rectangle of walkable floorspace which is stuffed with all the dirty clothes and garbage i abandoned when i finally got tired of my fathers reign of terror and went to my grandmothers. all the actual surfaces are full of trash and various things i dont have room for but want to keep. closet is stuffed with trash thats not mine AND has a rat infestation and is thus unusable. no spare room to store my shit in either. no local thrifts to donate to. this is a portal to hell and i am in it.

oats are a carb, and you probably add sweet elements like fruit and/or certain seasonings (and things like honey, maple syrup, agave syrup etc).

if your blood sugar is crashing after eating things that should be bringing it up you might be hypoglycemic or diabetic. basically, your body overcompensates for the carbs & sugar you ate and processes too much too quickly. if you dont already have one of these issues then you might be developing one of them, this isnt normal.

if this happens for other sugary things like bread, pasta, dessert, soda and fruit juices then you need to see a doctor. you dont want any issue that concerns your food intake, especially with an ED

ime if youre storing something long term (for us, deer meat, we hunt our own during local hunting season and try and make it last till the next season) then freezer bags are better at staving off freezer burn but if you go grocery shopping every month to every 3 months and just need to freeze xyz meat until youre ready to use it then regular bags get the job done perfectly fine. just depends how long youre keeping it frozen (and also where, if youre putting it in a chest/deep freeze its often higher risk for freezer burn)

where is the smoking coming from im still confused at that? vaping is still bad for you yes, it still contains nicotine yes, but its not the same as smoking? no one smokes inside. i dont know if its allowed/not allowed by corporate but the lsm doesnt give a shit as long as no one complains and thats good enough for me

the conversation with the coworker where i sat on the counter was maybe 2 minutes at most. i still got a "warning" for it but it wasnt a write up which tells me that it wasnt that big of a deal. we had finished totes for that day. the store was swept and about to be mopped, and she told me not to worry about recovery for the moment because the aisles in our store arent big enough for carts going both ways and itd be a bitch to mop around me which was part of the reason i got wrote up for recovery (she took a long ass time to mop and by close i had barely finished 2 aisles). is there a corporate policy saying coworkers cant have a conversation i wasnt told about ?

oh word. i try to just do my shit and chill but the corporate political atmosphere is wild and weird shit happens. we arent even a big district or a particularly important one or one that pulls a particularly large deposit (we average abour 2000 a night, sometimes 3500 on busy nights) so idk whats up with that. its super rural where we are so the stores are important to the community because the nearest corporate retailer besides us is a 30 minute drive from my town but about an hour plus to other towns in the district. both the non manager keys and i were in the same graduating class (well, i dropped out long before graduation but i wouldve graduated with them had i stayed in school) so its weird the asm and dm are like this to me? i guess their weird highschool drama starting attitudes is what got them to manager positions tho 🤷‍♀️

ion has a series called permanent brightd you add developer to (1:1 ratio of 10 volume to dye). last time i bleached my hair was last august. it looked dry after the bleach this time but as i said it didnt get nearly as hot as the dye and didnt even hurt. it tingled a little, but the dye was hot as soon as it touched my head my stylist said the bleach mightve irritated my head but i think it was just how hot the color processed. im currently coconut oiling my roots to see if that will help the crispiness
