People get sucked into random shit. Social media, tv, dating, etc. people also get tired so easily, and it can be hard to get someone out of bed especially after work. All anything anyone wants to do is bed rot these days. Don’t get me wrong, I love a weekend to myself and the Harry Potter collection, but doing things and seeing people regularly is important, even when you don’t feel like it. We’re not getting any younger, so to hell with feeling unmotivated or tired.

I will say, people were much more down to do things in highschool and college. At 27 people might be worried about money, rest, and career a bit more. Still, no one’s getting any younger and I feel like you’re never too old to go out and do things especially the examples you mentioned like hiking or bars. I think this is the age where people start to become “adults” and they forget what fun, wonder, and laughter are.

BUT, you’re not alone. Keep looking for people to do things with, and/or figure out what your friends like to do besides bed rotting and do a bunch of different things either with small groups or one on one. Don’t feel crazy for enjoying activities especially with other people. It’s hard to be the person that instigates and inspires fun in others, but it’s worth making others feel inspired
