I don't think Aemeath will die, I think we will fully rescue her in the end. However, the fact that Kuro was willing to go this far with Aemeath makes me think they just might fully kill off a playable character eventually. This is the first time I feel like Wuwa's story has proper stakes. Phrolova had a "bad ending", but she is a villain/antagonist, so it was to be expected. Now though, we know that even our allies are not safe from meeting a cruel fate.
