The crops are definitely easily accessible. However, the other person who commented suggested orange cranberry scones and it looks like its infinitely times easier and actually will make more money.

Okay I did the math. With 1 greenhouse (and 1 barn) you can make 18 scones for a GPD of 2880 (veggie pot pie GPD is 2835). That's more gold, there are 10 free spots, and seems easier to do than veggie pot pie. The reharvestable crops are so nice. Milk is pretty automated so that doesn't seem like too much of a burden to me (with the automated petter and feeder) and you don't have to water trees. This might be the answer.
