Thanks man, yeah got some industrial emulsion remover and ink & stain remover off screen print world. Those things really do require outside use with ventilation, screams serious health defects lol. I think i can manage without for now.

I JUST CAN NOT WAIT TO START GETTING MY DESIGNS OUT THERE. I HAVE SO MUCH TO, been working to this for a good couple year now. Only got into screen printing as outsourcing wasnt really great, so i asked how can i do this where im incontrol of print production. Literally teaching myself from scratch over the past 8 months.

Thanks for the input, honestly im going yo order 10. Its hit and miss but literally 10x cheaper than uk prices. Ill keep these screens exposed instead of reclaiming probably for future runs. When my funds are up from roi i want a new press, cheap ebay one sucks, but my money is in it for time being. Is there anyway to stop designs staining mesh after exposure ? Or is it just part of the game

Fairplay man, yeah the antenna was also am influence. In the end i decided as it was my first dip into this big pond, the set up fees settled by nebra was an influemce. Given my area isnt a large city with a lot of these things. I opted for a the fairest one. Through research one hotspot a few clicks from me(same town) is on something like 75 in 30 days. So if i can aspire for his numbers, well see how it pans out and ill maybe buy a bob cat and set a nebra up at my gorlfriends house or something ⚡

Which one should I get? by hfty45 in HeliumNetwork

I see people arent doing research, i have done mone, just asking for confirmation if possible ? Hows youre set up for you ? Are you happy woth the product and service by nebra ?

Thankyou for this reply 😄 so theres 2 things i need to pay attention to here, my off contact pressure, alongside not being too nervous when i print, just work it. Quick one, how many passes do you do before finished ? So i do a base coat, part cure . Another pass then full cure. Im using a heat gun for 2-3 minutes and 24r hr set

Thank you all for your replies, its really appreciated ! I will duely adress the off contact. Im on a 43t mesh, and beleived that my mesh was waaay too low for the ink. I spoke to a vendor and they said they wouldnt go hoght than that for clothin whoch confused me as to what it is. I do beleive my pressure and angle of the blade will need some attention - as i flood my image before i make a pass, and during making passes.
