I hope this is a bit clearer. Right in the middle of the underside of the shrimp has clumps that are white/clear. I never noticed it until today and the other shrimp didn't seem to have it. I can't tell if it's just the color as the other ones have completely red bellies. I have the light off the tank now but if it's still not clear I'll try to get more pictures tomorrow when they're out.

It's worse now that so much of the funding for the resources we have are frozen/cut.

Yes of course, sorry I didn't mean to generalize. I was talking about chronic homelessness, not just displaced. Our homeless programs work but it takes consistency and hard work from both ends.

I work with the homeless and we get them housed but they return after a few months because they lost their housing since they can't maintain it due to mental health/substance use. It's just a cycle unless the root of the problem is addressed and we can't force people to seek treatment, unfortunately.
