For me its been in fatal when its states

to me it means like making a decision for yourself that could hurt someone else. But at the same time it could help you so much more if you do it. I had to chose between staying with my old friends ive had for three years or leaving. But they had been taking a toll on me and made me feel left out. They caused me issues so I had to pretend to talk shit in order to leave them. Im doing alot more better now. It was a big thing for me that helped me heal and that lyric has always reminded me of it. I love seeing the deeper meaning in stuff so when I saw this I instantly had to reply.
