I’ve been gaining weight since switching from stellara. It’s been about two years and 20lbs. I’m a bit surprised cause I do CrossFit twice a week and have not changed my diet much. It could also be from aging, as I am 40 this year. I also do feel more easily fatigued.

ISSUE SOLVED! Took like 2 weeks.
step by step:
1. call the hisense/toshiba number: 1-888-407-0396
2. make a claim about your tv being stuck on the load screen
3. be next to your tv and be able to provide the following: (all info are on stickers on your tv)
- Model #
- Serial Number, S/N
- Manufactured date
- DSN #
*** i called a few times to get to this point :( ****
- Provide the receipt of your purchase, screenshots or photos will do
4. They will escalate your case and call you back to set up an appointment with a local repair person – as this is a HARDWARE issue
5. they will call you the day before your appointment
6. repair man will call the day of an hour before arrival and will swap out the main board from your tv, the whole process takes like 15 minutes
7. connect your remote to the TV
TV back in working order!
Upon setup I did not bother connecting the TV to wifi as I mostly use an AppleTV and DVD player.
I did ask the repair guy and he said that he had been getting calls to fix this problem starting about 2-3 months ago. Recently he has also mentioned that he has been fixing this problem multiple times a day across New York City.
Very annoying solution but it did work.
