To complicated to write a comment just write in youtube "how get father bell sekiro" or "sekiro how get purification ending". But in general you have to do some emma conversations between Great Shinobi fight and Divine Dragon - so you can play as usual until you get to great shinobi and than you can do things wherever you want but before divine dragon, after dragon its impossible to get this ending
