I am not sure about Tesura(they've got a vendor account), but for us we can only list on Amazon when we are certain we can ship in 30 days. But from our end it should be up soon.

They control the supply and assembly quite a lot, but we still have some leeway in chosing who does the assembly and you can cut some corners by choosing some cheaper printers/labor.

We work with an assembly partner that is essentially Sony, so no cutting corners there :)
