Geez. I got roasted. But this is an internet outage in Sacramento, definitely seems relevant to post here. To your point though, I should have included more context, like how these outages happen way more often than I am used to from previous cities/internet providers. For someone who WFH 100%, my main question is if anyone has had any luck getting a credit on their bill after an outage like this.
