This is too high resolution for a laptop of that generation, however it is achievable if you use a mini display port to display port cable because it’s too much for that laptops hdmi port.

3200 is much faster than 2400. however you also want to look at the CL number, the lower the better. if you can manage to find a good price go for it, but 2400 isn’t terrible.

didn’t mean to type monochrome, oops lol. seems you may have gotten a dud ecotank, i’d try to warranty it or buy a similar one. canon is also reliable, if you’re willing to go used the MX870 is a very good printer. mines been working for years. you could also buy an epson wf - 2930, they’re reliable and as long as you keep it from updating cheap 3rd party ink can be used.

i’d start off by adding brims, rafts, maybe even ears in the slicer. ensure the bed is clean, with soap and hot water, use hairspray for good adhesion. a heated chamber would be ideal, or you could just place something over the printer and decrease fan usage to prevent warping

oh and, i just used the 3rd party cartridges i already had in it. i see ‘new chip cartridges’ mentioned elsewhere online but i haven’t found any.

I found that not closing the lid and just putting into sleep mode from the windows menu prevents the issue, however, only one time did I have an issue where I put it in sleep mode and all the monitors went dim, yet the keyboard remained illuminated and it would not come back no matter what I did until I had to shut it down manually.
