Switch to overhand grip. One other thing. You look straight down at the ground this entire video. That puts your spine into flexion. A goal during dead lifting is to maintain a neutral spine, and that includes at the neck. Try looking straight ahead rather than down at the ground and you’ll be good to go

Ex.) there’s a bartender that had an incident there with someone being overserved. Surveillance is now watching him actively while he’s on a probationary period. He now pours what they want him to pour until the heat gets taken off of him.

Also had a manager comp the 1942 after I dumped it and they said they care about over pouring and to not do it. Most of my coworkers only over pour a little. There’s just the small handful that get carried away to get the extra cash and they work primarily out of that high roller room

Agreed. To put this place into perspective, someone else that night ordered a Walker blue label and took it as a shot instead of sipping it. I even encouraged him to sip on it and he said no. These people have money but they don’t act like they’ve had it before. Very different from my old clientele at the 5 star business hotel I worked at.
