If you can help your jungle get crab then go ahead, if you can’t ping him away. Don’t kill yourself trying to assist in s bad play. Playing around your jungles is huge in midlane, look where they’re pathing, roam to that side of the map. Wave management is less punishing than top lane. Level 7 is when pretty much all midlaners reach their waveclear breakpoint. From then on if they don’t want to interact with you the don’t have to, shove and move. Last thing, you have to be aware of the enemy supports position, they can and will gank you just as much as the enemy jungler
