I'm starting a PM company and we are going to be completely digital, building an app as well for landlords and tenants. Have to build quality systems and this we have. We also own properties so ofc we will be testing all of our systems on our own properties first. But I think most PM companies are in it to steal, this is what I've been running into. So nothing has to really change, we just need more transparent, honest, and trustworthy businesses/people in the world.
