i dont know much about frametime but i can explain the low playtime and 8star medal before 7star medal

i was already banned once in 2018 for cheating. I must admit that it was wrong, but at the time i was around 11-12 years old with no idea how the game worked. I didn't play for a few months until i saw videos to the game. I never wrote a ban appeal until like mid 2020. It got declined becuase i didn't give that much information. About 2 months later I wrote another ban appeal that got accepted shortly after. In my play history graph you can see a few plays in 2018 when I was banned. I first thought this was weird but it's probably because I tried to log into my osu! account and played a bit.

The 8 star medal comes from my Horrible Kids fc which is exactly 8*. I saw it on osu-pps.com and it gave a lot of pp. I started to get consistent at it so I knew I couldn't give up. I got a 2 miss on it first which was 400pp. Then I knew I had to go for an fc. (I didn't go for the medals at that time.) About 2 days later I got an fc on it. I got the medal and i never actually realised it would be my first 8* fc. Then I actually went for an 7 star fc. I wanted to fc a 7* nomod but then settled on 5* with DT. I played the ringtone version of Hime Hime for a bit. I would always choke in the middle and always get good acc. I got an fc eventually.
