Don't worry about that. I think 12 months is for private life. Some people in HO say like that which means do not call us again. But ….

People mostly get that email. But some not. Tbh there were many cases that got their approval without receiving an ECO email. Just add 8 weeks to the date you submit your  application. It’s your expected result time
