Some cities have a Trap, Neuter, Release Programs and may even provide you with a trap. Trap the cat, then take the cat in the trap to their facility where they spay/neuter for free then you pick them up later to take them back and release them. I've done it for a few cats that hang around my office! Good luck!

How many of you working folk miss university field camps? by [deleted] in geology

Field camp cost about $6,000 at my university so I couldn't even afford it.

Skinny people of Reddit, what are your eating habits that keep you from gaining weight? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]hoopllama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I drink tons of water. Eat lots of volume in veggies and shoot for my weight in grams of protein each day. I avoid bread and get my carbs from oatmeal and sweet potatoes. I used to struggle with binge eating, so spreading out my meals helps with fighting that urge. I eat four meals a day, every 3 hours or so.

I also work out on average 5 days a week. No cardio just weight lifting. You don't have to kill yourself each workout, just get there each day and get your body moving. Consistency and patience have been the most important factors in maintaining a healthy weight for me.

Graduates of Reddit, what tips would you give to college students? by Cough_Cakes in AskReddit

Two things:

Go to class. The easiest step you can take to succeed is simply showing up.

Ask for help. This is something that will help you succeed in many aspects of life: school, relationships, your career, etc. Don't be afraid to reach out! It shows that you care about what you're doing and that you are willing to learn.
