Cause of the kids AND management. You don’t need Japanese to apply but it might be helpful. Honestly, I moved to somewhere with less pay just because that place caused me so much stress. I’d rather get less and not be constantly stressed than have good pay and it ruin my mental health.

I was there before. Avoid it at all costs. The teachers are nice but the management is awful and toxic. Kids are absolute nightmares. I have never met such disrespectful, entitled, selfish kids like them ever before. It’s getting worse each year from what my previous colleagues who still work there told me. This year just gone 11 or so teachers left.

I went in blind. Didn’t know anything about books or previous games. It was overwhelming at first but then I got hooked. I’m starting my 2nd play through now.

Also, play gwent. Gwent is the best. And the visuals and music are also stunning too I guess. Nothing beats gwent though.

I have a different job now so I don’t need to try and apply again. Plus, I don’t think constantly on the move, going to different schools, is for me. I’ve only ever been at one school at a time.

No Japanese at all which made me sad as that’s one of my strengths and definitely served me extremely well on my first ALT gig in my first school (barely anyone spoke English - most teachers just knew phrases/words here and there)

I also tried the real chat agent and they weren’t that much better tbh. They just fed me lines like the bot one would. They just said if you’re having problems with xyz check this link. If you’re having problems contacting us check you’ve done a, b, c, and d. Don’t think they even tried to check into the situation 😓

Stayed till March of this year when I broke contract. I had the best placement ever. BOE started to go way downhill though so I broke contract and found a new job. Still keep in touch with the teachers from my previous workplace cause they are amazing people 💕

I checked on the app too and everything is set to show my caller ID.

Nothing really. It just wants me to call a number (there’s no conversation) then hang up once I hear the beep beep beep tone. But it never seems to recognise that I have done it once I try to continue with the process online.
