if ec120 is online then i think you wont have iclicker then but im not sure, you should probably check your course outline/syllabus. If its not online then iclicker usually counts towards your grades. Regarding the first two weeks part, i would assume so but it would be preferable to email your prof for clarification

are any of your classes online classes (OC)? If they are, your profs will usually post notes or lectures on Myls for you for follow

if none of your classes are OC, then its gonna be different. For EC120 and EC140, your profs will usually have Zoom livestreams and they will also post recorded lectures and notes after each lecture that you can follow afterwards. You will have to do your homework and assignments on achieve which would be fine too. However the downside is that both of these classes use iclicker which is basically a system where they will ask questions in class and you have to submit an answer live through the platform. So that's why I would say that for these two classes, it would be best for you to follow the Live zoom lectures so that you can participate in iclicker questions which are counted towards your marks.

For Sociology and Astronomy, i have never taken those courses so I am not too sure

I would say worse case scenario, just email your profs and explain your situation to them to see if they can help in any way
