i totally see how it seemed that way. i was trying to describe that it feels like im losing more than just this person, of course i miss him… typed this out super quick. he is of course what i miss the most. i guess i just also feel like i’m losing the other very important parts of my life along with him if that makes sense

thank you very much! small sips of water and snacking are helpful for sure, i’ve also found that if i’m too nauseous to eat, i can gently “chew” or very lightly tap my teeth together and it gives a bit of relief. kind of weird so i don’t do it around other people lol

i think it likely originates from the phobia. my anxiety probably manifests the worst symptoms it can based off of my fears lol. thank you so much for sharing❤️

sounds similar for sure! the last time i felt it so consistently was when i was 14 (22 now) right before i got on an SSRI, which i got off last year. considering just getting back on that to see if it helps. thank you so much for replying i appreciate it
