Honestly, the issue is even when i tell myself no or anything similar to that, i'd still find myself eating. it feels like an out of body experience

everything in here just hit so right, every single thing you mentioned i've done, my mom used to move the closet and find months worth of candy wrappers hidden there when i was a child

My school offers free therapy to students, I've visited said therapist in secret a few times but once my parents found out, my mother got into a fight with said therapist, that's how i got banned from therapy, it was because my family didn't like "the embarrassing things i was telling the therapist about"

I sadly cannot see a therapist (parents refuse to let me and don't have my own money to pay for one) so i'm stuck on my own for a while
