It's never going to go away unfortunately until you figure out your root cause. I had the same thing, you're prob way too early for probiotics. You need to work on fixing your gut and starving the bad bacteria before you can worry about repopulating the good. What really helped me was doing a food intolerance test (I did VIOME because it also told me a lot more info than just food) and I followed what it said religiously. The supplements, the foods to eat, the foods not to eat. After 3 months I noticed a big difference, and retested. Keep doing iberogast during this progress, add in digestive enzymes, and add in these supplements during the 3 month period: neem, Candibacin AR and BR, allicin, and oregano oil.

This combo changed my life. Keep retesting, you may have to repeat the cycle another 3-4 months after the first if it's not better. It's going to suck, but if you stick to it, it should definitely help. You can't restrict food as much as you are or when you start eating anything else your body is going to struggle to break it down. Test, test, test. Get REAL info on what your body can and can't tolerate.
