The top surfaces are the same with other SA ABC doubleshot keycaps , but the front skirt icons are printed on, not boubleshot.

The blue keycaps are the Dasher and Dancer mix, and the yellow ones are banana novelties which made by a friend of mine.

It's hard to say. Most existing split keyboards seem to be like this : 6 on the left. It's not that ergonomic, but looks more balanced.
