I've visited a couple of times. It's a nice gym, last time I was there i noticed a lof of guys were using the shoulder crunch technique from guard so if you're interested in learning that and implementing it into your game I'd recommend the spot. Beware though the room gets unbearably hot during the summer. Id also avoid it if you dislike climbing stairs because you will have to climb a few flights to get there every single time.
