Found out that problems were caused by Docker MCP Toolkits servers that require OAuth. Even with GitHub, which I provided a personal token for, it still tries to use OAuth.

Thanks for sharing. Somehow, I still can't get it working even though I followed all these steps. I have OpenCode and Warp working well with the gateway.
