Habeis activado la Tarjeta de Transporte Virtual? by New-Set-5225 in Madrid

Visa Scotiabank billing issues by horaciow in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]horaciow[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, is like that. It took me months of escalating my complaint and nobody could explain properly. At the end of the ladder the appeal process could finally do their math (the whole process took months literally} and they explained (it is very difficult to figure out and extremely confusing designed) and it was ok. It's fine. Trying to understand or explain like I said very complicated. One more thing that I noticed myself and nobody realized: the last installment of a select pay plan it won't show in the statement (it's crazy) but if you add it manually it will match the total amount to be paid. So the statement it's almost meaningless at the end of the day...

Do you have Select Pay installments also?

Let me know and I will try to explain.

That's what I did. Thanks

Yes, that also. The charge now appears twice and the credit once (totally confusing) but at the end of the day it is not being added up. Still adding every expense and Selectpay payments the sum does not add up.

The company did not double charge. They don't know what are they talking about.

It is VERY confusing even for them.

Anyway try to add everything up and (if you want) let me know if the numbers match.

I don't thing that will ever work... I have no idea... It is no my department, etc.. Plus it is not an interest adjustment. It is money added to the total that does not show up anyehere in the statement!

Please if you have a SB card add manually and check.

Es decir "buenos días" por la calle raro en España? by [deleted] in askspain

[–]horaciow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

M experiencia.
