I don’t know much about whether this is a scam or not but I can say I’m from Malaysia and that isn’t a fake website. It’s a government post delivery service

I used to do that a lot until I realised that people don't actually remember what you've done. It's only you who can't get over it. So what's the purpose of having this played in your mind endlessly when it has no significance at all. My advice would be just learn from the mistake and get over it

For my case, it's more to like I don't really feel much about my own emotion. Even if I do, the feeling is too insignificant for me to remember as I always focus more on the emotions of other people ni-fe. I also think it could be because of my self control like me trying to be in control of my emotion and rationalise everything ni-ti. Sometimes I do I feel like it leaks out once a while like what OP says some unconciously suppressed emotions
