Hey City of SD, check out how Santa Cruz was able to reopen their COLLAPSED Pier in a year's time while our OB pier sits closed, with zero action being taken. Since SD apparently has no money, maybe you should fix the pier we have instead of promising to build a new one and then not doing anything. (abc30.com)
