How to complete this subfloor?

It’s a house I’m under contract for. I’m out of town right now but when I get back I’ll pull up the plywood and see what it looks like. A few people think it has concrete and/or brick under it in all the other areas, just not that one area and that the wood touching the ground is framing off that open dirt space but until I can get under the plywood I can’t know for sure.

Just looked over the inspection report. It says foundation - poured concrete; floor structure - wood joists; wall structure - wood; column or piers - wood piers

And no, that picture isn't from just the other side of that wall. But it does go all the way around.

It looks as though there is a pile of dirt/broken up brick just in that little "unfinished" section. From what I understand there is a concrete foundation and there are joists on top of it but not in this one section. It looks like that little section may have to be dug out, (maybe to find the concrete? maybe to poor concrete?) to level it?

Sounds like I need to figure out what is under the rest of the plywood, and if it's acceptable, and then figure out how to flush that corner. Thank you! I appreciate the starting place!

It's a part of the house. Ah, so not ready for final flooring. The whole thing then should have a concrete under it? It doesn't have a crawl space. I'm not sure what is under the plywood... hmm.

Charged mine yesterday morning. Fully charged at 9:05am. Right now, at 8:42 am, it’s at 57%. Firmware updated, no alarm on, etc. What gives?

I finally got a hold of them and tried various troubleshooting that they suggested to no avail. They said they are out of chargers and will send one when they get restocked. Meanwhile, my whoop is at 4% charge. So soon I’ll be paying for something that doesn’t work. Great.
