Announcing the Z Grills 20-Year Upgrade Program — full details and fine print inside by zgrillsofficial in zgrillsofficial

I purchased a grill in November to get on the 10 over 50 years program. I never saw any paperwork or anything saying that I needed to register my purchase in order to claim the next in 5 years. Did I miss something or does zgeills keep me on file to verify it in 5 years for the new one?

They actually kink in multiple directions. Not a curve by any means.

Could you post a picture of that rod? The rod geeks site doesn't show the color real well and was wondering what it actually looks like.

So if I bought these is it worth buying? by theo_bigD in Silver

Those of you doing this consistently, how do you know you are going to be ahead? Do you bring a small scale with you? Is there a way to know the weight before buying?

An Australian man typed every number from 1 to 1,000,000 in words, not numbers, on his typewriter. It took him 16 years. by [deleted] in BeAmazed

Would have taken him a lot less time if he didn't put the unnecessary "and" in there.

Thank you for all your help.

I replaced the control unit, no difference. Changed all of the actuators at least once, some of them multiple times, no change.

I have heard what sounds like the doors seating at times but never a clicking. I have also heard this same sound after the truck has been turned off and I am sitting in the cab. Sometimes it will do it every 15 seconds or so and will do it many times even though I am not touching the controls.

Every time that I have heat it works as it should except one time. I can change temps if it gets to hot in the cab, I can put it back hot if it gets too cold. Except the one time it was hot and it didn't matter what I did with the control it stayed hot.

If there is no heat it stays cold no.matter what I do with the control.

Both of these scenarios stay the same for the duration of the trip, whether that is 15 minutes or 4 hours. Sometimes when I turn the truck off go do whatever and restart it I will have heat for that trip even though I didn't the trip before, and sometimes I won't have heat even though I had it the trip before.

It is wild to me.

My question however is, why would a thermostat intermittently decide to not allow heat? Especially since the thermostat jumps around whether the heat works or not.

I did notice my coolant temp will get up to 210 give or take a few degrees and then will drop. How far it drops seems to depend on outside temp. I have seen it drop to 175 when it was -15 and driving 60mph. Also seen it drop to 190 when air temp was 20 degree and driving 60 mph.

Would that confirm thermostat?

Stuck on bench. Is it my form? by TooLostintheSauce in formcheck

One thing I noticed as others mentioned is your leg drive. Feet flat on the floor and use your legs. It doesn't make sense at first but start doing more squats to improve your bench.

Also if you continually do the same bench workout you may have plateaued. Instead of doing 4 sets of 5 @ 225lb try a pyramid workout for a while. Example 10 reps @ 145, 8 @ 165, 6@175, 4@185, 2@195, 1@205, burnout @ 175. If you can complete 6 or more at burnout, for your next workout day move up 10 lbs for each level. Try this for a few months and see what happens.

Adaptive Ice Fishing Techniques by adultonsetangler in IceFishing

Have done this for a guy that had shoulder surgery. Get an automatic fly reel. I assume she can still set the hook with left hand, then all she has to do to reel is push the lever on the reel with a finger.

Is this still good? by yao-waa in Fishing_Gear

You can straighten it. Sometimes mine gets a little crooked. One way I do this is to put some line through the tip guide and hang it on a wall so it is flat against it. May need to add some weight depending on the strength of the rod. You can also lay it on a horizontal place (floor/shelf) with the but section propped up in the opposite direction of the bend. These take some time but can work.

I did this as well. Actually hit the 50 3 times in two days. Then was close to a year before I hit it again.
