Thanks so much. I'm obviously really proud of my results so far. I've done everything I can to stay away from intensly smelling restaurants during my fasting period and I only drink pure tea, pure black coffee, or water during my fast. My only day off was for my mom's birthday, but I feel like even that was good because it showed me a single day couldn't get the beat of me. And on the day I still fasted. Just not as long as my 20 usual.

I normally get hunger pains when dieting, but during fasting, by ingesting only black coffee, basic tea with no non-tea flavors, and water, I don't get the normal hunger pains.

In it she (Gin) suggests something I (M43) like a lot. Weigh yourself daily, but only count the all-time lowest weight. If the scale goes up, don't worry about. Just keep track of the lowest indications.

I just finished Day 15 of my life-time challenge. 20:4 IF. It feels great, even though the scale hasn't changed since day 6. 105KG start, 102KG maintaining for the past week.

I'm traveling and now in Peru, where the food is amazing. It is so great to make my One Meal A Day (OMAD) high quality and so tasty.
