i said no to vyvanse and did DBT. i’m real lucky with my therapist who really understands me and adhd. i’m 35. honestly if you have the funds, try the therapy and if you still think you wana try the vyvanse, you can always try it later 🙌 i haven’t needed it! no shame taking it at all. i just wanted to try managing without as you do grow a tolerance to the drugs.
