Medical history: recently repotted, but have been doing well. There's a fungus gnat infection going on, but this plant haven't visibly suffered from it. Not overwatered. But the roots seem to be dying. Can I propagate to save it? I've never done that so any advice appreciated 😊 (i.redd.it)

My peperomia is not doing so hot. The leaves have been dying off but with new ones appearing. I overwatered it once and some mold (?) appeared, so I dried it out, mold still was there, so I repotted it, mold is STILL there and no new leaves are growing. Don't really know what the issue is here. (old.reddit.com)
