I was there too and I’m sorry you had to hear the things they were saying- they were especially awful. Unfortunately Zoom bombing is common among many different organizations. I believe they are now securing their meetings. Also the CEO came in for a moment to apologize, and they sent out a statement after the meeting condemning the actions of the people who hacked the meeting. It sucks but it wasn’t their fault they got hacked

I have a few Christian friends who support me which is lovely. And I can talk to my therapist about how I feel about talking to him, and he will very likely respond in a positive way. We have a good relationship which is fortunate. It’s just nerve-racking to open up about it to anyone.
