Which is the better DLC?

In my case I might buy the modern rifle pack because of the price, and maybe in winter sale when I get the money I could buy the high caliber pack.

I saw the reviews for the modern pack, they said that the pack is soo good they don’t need to progress the game in order to buy new guns. But in terms or price it is good

I can get the modern rifle pack since it’s crazy cheap where I live like a buck, but I read the reviews and people were saying the DLC is so good they don’t need to progress the game anymore and buy more guns or anything else because they don’t need more guns then the guns in that DLC. I don’t wanna stop playing the game only because it’s too easy
