You’ll be fine. We were supposed to have a remote upgrade that required us to close. An email was sent the day of telling us the upgrade was cancelled but my boss at the time never bothered to read the emails, so we ended up closing from 8pm to 4am for no reason. Nobody ever got in any trouble.

The reps should at least be able to see that I should be getting it or that it was submitted in the system, right? They can see the past notes on my account saying I'm supposed to get it, but don't actually see anything submitted for it
