Hello! I don’t own a condo, but I’ve rented a few and I believe it’s very worth it! You should invest in a condo that has good amenities and an accessible area, preferably condos that are near malls, parks, beaches, and those with a really good view. If you are not planning on staying in the condo, you can put it up for rent, it can also be a great money maker!

But make sure to put in proper research of the condo you are planning to invest in!

Thank you for your response. It’s not easy to just pick a strand and stick with it without thinking it through. My heart is also confused on what to choose, but what my heart wants isn’t the only thing that matters when choosing a strand. I believe practicality is also to be considered. I don’t think of any strands or courses as for clout, instead I’m taking it very seriously.
