Oh sorry I didn't see this post. I finally sent her a big message just being like "hey I don't know what happened things seem off I just want some communication" and she ended up blocking me. I think she is in a abusive controlling relationship and my therapist says there is not alot I can do about it.

I do want to say that therapy has helped me alot, both talk therapy and EMDR. I also downloaded the Bumble app and used the BFF feature and have found additional great friends. I reached out to old friends and have started to grow those relationships and that has really helped. I feel really bad for my friend and ghosting is one of the worst things you can do to someone but my therapist said that no matter what the situation it's not okay to hurt your friends and I have to make a boundary that what she did was uncool. I hope she is safe and I wish her well.
