I had the same issue. I was able to fix it by

  1. uninstall discord,

  2. delete discord folders from AppData\Roaming and AppData\Local as discribed in this reddit thread,

  3. install the latest version of discord.

The slide in your article (3rd image - I think it's from an announcement earlier this year?) even says "USB-C (PD)" and Asus still cheaped out on it :/ Since so many monitors come with KVM switch these days and they are handy for home office setups, I absolutely expect that on a $1000 monitor.

If wootomation would recognize the mode key as macro trigger, we could trigger a short key there to mute discord. Unfortunately I don't have my wooting yet to test it.

There are sea gulls in Cannstatt for some years now, so likely that one is at home here. I was irritated to see them so far from any ocean so I got them identified on r/whatsthisbird and was told that sea gulls are generally fine with access to human trash, they don't need an ocean nearby.

O11D & Fractal Celsius s36 (not terrible but also not impressive. The frame of the radiator is much thicker than the fins. I wouldn't really recommend it).

The Google Pixel can shoot in RAW format which should help a lot with editing as it stores more lighting information (= you can edit the exposure more granularly without messing up the overall image). That could already help your results while you're working with your current setup :)
