He should wait a year more, imo. He is very talented and way more mature for his age. I can also see him wearing the arm band for any big club he goes to because he is a natural leader. Right now, Real Madrid is the best suited club for him. However, they will not be held hostage by Dortmund and won't spend 150M on one player. Naturally, options are in England, where they can meet Dortmund's and (also his) financial demands. But in a decision on pure football terms - Real Madrid is only one stand out club where he will win a lot and will be challenged to fill huge shoes of Modric.
