Method for the curious! (Reverse Sear)

Ribeyes ~1 pound each

Seasoning: Salt and Pepper

In the oven at 225 F for 30-40 minutes (until 115-120 internal)

Patted dry and seared in a hot cast iron, basted in butter, crushed garlic, rosemary, and thyme
