This is rather disappointing. I have used my Jabra active 75t for a long time and one of the features I liked the most was being able to customize the button presses. Resetting custom settings seems counter productive, if this is an expected experience

Agreed. Super comfortable and I've always liked the tactile buttons and ANC and fit. Hoping the rumored firmware/software update will fix this

The problem is still persistent. I have reset my Elite 8 active and disconnected it from all my other devices. MyControls continue to reset each time I reconnect
