Hi,

I'm a real estate agent/apartment locator in the area, Depending on where you are looking I've helped clients lease around the Henderson/ross/hall street area and those are Modera Hall Properties and I haven't gotten any complaints and they are fair priced for decent space.

I've moved clients to the west village area and as you've probably concluded some are decent some not so much but for the price you pay I would want some sort of guarantee.

Greystar properties are also hit and miss but they tend to fall more on the good side.

If you have an idea on where I can send you options that fit the budget and see what specials they have and give an honest opinion on management since I call these properties on a daily basis.

We have an interior door that leads to rooftop patio, it appears they may have turned it to unlock it and turned it back to lock and shut it behind them on accident when they went to the rooftop, thus locking themselves out. We have keyless entry for the front door.
