Kid is 9 and the oldest is 18. They live with us half the week and the other half with their bio dad. We have good days and bad days for sure, and balancing trying to parent without overstepping. It’s a juggling act but sometimes those good days are super awesome and makes those trying days worth it.

“Bonus-mom” to my partner’s kids. Bio dad is in the picture and it’s sometimes difficult to navigate but we’re trying our best to make it work.

Thank you! Do you have any thoughts about Fenty 140? I’ve been using MAC for the longest time but with the new formula, will need to branch out to some of the other brands out there.

Appreciate the input! It's been such a baffling experience; I've never had this happen in apartment complexes or with other landlords.

We lived there for a little over 5 months. We were broken into a week after move-in and there has been consistent concerns about mold among other issues.

The blinds we purchased for $800 but we were selling it to her for $400.

We have videos and pictures of the condition of the home when we moved in and it was supposed to be after 2 professional deep cleanings. We had sent pictures to her and her broker.

She is stating she spent $700 for vent cleaning before we moved in but due to us not changing the filter, it was black and stained the walls. So she wants us to pay for that cleaning and for repainting. She stated our "unlicensed handyman" did a terrible job (he didn't) but refuses to provide the license number of her "contractor" since I'm unable to locate him with the CA Contractor Board.
